App Implementation
We use low-code/no-code platforms to stand up fit-for-purpose solutions quickly and easily for our clients and then iterate to add more value.

A structured approach, with options to customise...
Define
During this stage, key stakeholders are identified, the product vision is defined, requirements are gathered in the product backlog, project objectives are clearly outlined, and a comprehensive delivery plan is developed. This ensures all stakeholders have a shared understanding of the project's goals and deliverables.
Implement
The Implement stage involves the building and configuration of the solution based on a Scrum framework with an agreed number of 2-week sprints and daily stand-ups. The team designs, builds and performs functional testing for discrete portions of the project in succession until the project is complete.
Prepare
In the Prepare stage, the goal is to get ready for a smooth transition to the live environment. The Prepare stage focuses on user acceptance testing, rework of prioritised feedback items, training / user readiness, security risk assessment, privacy impact assessment, penetration testing (if applicable), cut-over planning, operational readiness review and other pre-go live activities.
Deploy
In the Deploy stage, the solution is deployed to production and end users start using the system. Hypercare support during the early stage of go-live ensures adequate support is available to address priority issues and/or user knowledge related issues. This stage includes operational handover to BAU teams and post go-live review.
Iterate & Improve
Building iteratively is the key to unlocking value for your business quickly. It also ensures you don't go too far down a development path that doesn't deliver the outcomes you expected. On some projects we've delivered an MVP in days, and then we work with you to continuously improve the app based on user needs and business objectives.
