Can Voco see any of our personal information?

No. The application and all your information is stored on your tenant and is only accessible to you.

Are there any security implications we need to be aware of?

Voco’s Policy Manager is built using Microsoft’s secure Power Platform and SharePoint online, therefore all information is self-contained within your environment. As long as your environment is secure then the application is secure.

How is my information protected?

Microsoft provide security controls to ensure your data is protected, such as encryption at rest. All data is backed up and can be restored.
