Challenge
Inland Revenue selected Voco initially to provide a sourcing strategy and negotiation expertise as the enterprise converged its communications services. The aim was to reduce cost and improve IT service delivery to end users. The engagement grew to encompass development of the business cases, provision of specialist technical leadership and delivery of a PMO to support Inland Revenue’s project manager.
