Steel and Tube required a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) partner and software to support a transformation of its business.

Steel and Tube wished to conduct a fast cycle sourcing exercise to replace its ERP solution and partner. Voco was asked to bring intellectual property and collateral so that the go-to-market process could be conducted in a short timeframe.

Voco developed a RFP process that focused on the essential elements in a fast cycle process. We managed the sourcing, presentation and selection process, then worked with Steel and Tube in negotiation and refinement of the process.

Selection was completed and the transformation project initiated in target timeframes.
