A structured process

When we're asked to help shape an IT strategy or roadmap our team follow a structured process. This typically starts by understanding your current state, defining the problem, and agreeing your objectives and desired outcomes. We'll then explore design principles and industry trends before aligning on your strategic priorities. We'll often map out different user journeys for different personas, and use this to inform a conceptual target state architecture.
